    • Reinforced Packaging: To prevent damage from shocks or drops, the wooden crates should be reinforced, especially around the corners and edges.
    • Pallets: It’s common to use pallets inside the crates to help with handling and prevent direct contact with the crate floor. The pallets should be made of durable wood or plastic.

  2. Protection from Moisture

    • Plastic Wrap: To prevent any moisture from affecting the LED billboards, wrap the billboards in plastic sheeting or shrink wrap. This creates a moisture barrier, safeguarding the product from water damage during transit, especially since sea freight involves exposure to humid conditions.
    • Desiccant Packs: Inside the crate, you can place desiccant packs to absorb any moisture that might get inside.

  3. Cushioning Materials

    • Foam Padding: Use foam padding or bubble wrap inside the wooden crate to cushion the LED billboards, preventing movement during transit. This will help absorb any vibrations or shocks that could cause damage during the journey.
    • Airbags: Airbags can also be used inside the crate to minimize shifting during transport.

  4. Labeling and Instructions

    • Ensure that each crate is clearly labeled with shipping details, including “Fragile” or “Handle with Care” instructions. Proper labeling will help reduce the risk of mishandling during the shipping process.
    • Include any special handling instructions to make sure that the cargo is treated appropriately by the shipping and handling crew.

  5. Securing the Cargo in the Container
